After exercising i laid down and fell asleep before updating this.
I did another mix of yoga, stretching, and karate, but i wanted some strength training so i threw in a few deadlifts, squats with weights, and pushups.
I really need to find a place to do pullups, my lower back isn’t liking this.
Last night I did half of the Giam Rodney Yee Power Yoga. Which put me I think a little over 20 but under 30 minutes.
So I might be deleting my tumblr. I rarely update it anymore and there are only a few blogs left that I follow still. Most of the things that were coming up on my dash just added to my depression and I don’t need that. I’m at a point where I don’t know what it is that I want from tumblr if anything.
